电脑高手来，求助

以下是测试本机到外网的连接状况。请观察time的数值，单位是ms(毫秒)。
空闲时time值应为10ms~20ms。若time=100ms以上说明下载占用了较多带宽。
若每隔几行就出现Request time out说明传输不连续，网络软件容易掉线。

上不了QQ，windows总报IP错误，填了个IP又冲突。。。一下午了，是不是中ARP病毒了？

超时检测，网络监测没有完成，网络不通。请监测线路或系统是否有问题！
这个还是建议找你们的网络工程人员检查一下吧。

PING了那么多不是很正常的嘛 一般性我们电信测试 PING 300个包 看丢包超过15%没超过15%就是网络有问题。。

1.关于ping的结果，time数值小，说明网络状态好，通顺；time的数值大，说明你与目标ip链接不畅顺，而不是说明占用带宽多与少的问题；出现time out，说明链接中断，容易掉线。
2.具体检测到底是你的ip问题，还是网络路径中别的路由的问题，应该用tracert命令，用法和ping大致一样，“tracert 目标ip”
3.你的数据并不能说明是否中了arp

其实现在的防火墙都有防arp功能的，系统有防火墙就基本没什么问题的。
要是懂的，加一条路由的mac记录，就不会有任何arp问题，例如“arp -s 路由ip 路由mac”
至于怎么看，你可以看看防火墙，或者一些流量软件，看看网络流量是否正常（收到的包是否正常），而不正常的是什么ip来的。或者你流出的流量是否正常。
